This bathroom is a updated 2ed bath in a 150 year old house in Port Jefferson. While removing the old bathroom,
it was discovered that the under pining of the house was being eaten away. This was because the house was built
on dirt and moisture had gotten in. After a call to the exterminator; a new Joice system was constructed, using
pressure treated lumber. A new sub floor was installed using 3/4" plywood. Finally, the house had the stuff
needed for a solid bathroom to be constructed.

something a bit more special. A pair of closets just outside the bath were removed to expand the room by about
2-1/2 feet. The entire room, floor walls and ceiling, was tiled . A pedestal sink was installed, and a air jet whirlpool
with chroma-therpy installed. The air pump for the tub is installed in the basement on a concrete maintenance pad
to remove any nose in the room. This turned their boring bath in to a spectacular spa!
