This house was built in the early 60’s, and the kitchen while cleaned up from time to time, was never
really updated. A complete rip to the studs reveled insect damage, and a active carpenter ant colony feeding a
nest with the home owner's house. Exterminators were called!

Once the pests were gone, The badly danged studs were replaced, fresh insulation was installed aluminum wiring was replaced, duct
work for microwave installed. New Sheetrock sealed the deal. Kraft made cabinets over a new wood floor were installed. New appliances
and a few coats of paint later; the kitchen was brought into the 21th century with the warmth of rich wood tones.
