Below, the owner of this 130 year old house in Port Jefferson village wanted to
fix up a dark kitchen. The walls were patched after the wall paper removed, then
dark blue, and red paint was primed. Finally, a gold and a yellow was chosen
from Benjamin Moore.
The next set of photos are from a more contemporary home in Rocky Point. Again
the paint picked by the homeowner is Benjamin Moore. The home owner enjoys quilting
so a very pale shade was used in the living room. However, in the bed room a more
interment deep shade was chosen. Note the hight of the ceiling.
Why use one color on the wall when you can use more?
