I tried all a blog from MSN’s spaces, and I tried Yahoo 360, but both came up short. This one seems to be working like, well, a blog! The only problem is my Web site Home Page (if not the whole darn web site) is missing! Welcome and feel free to leave a comment.

Wow, Where does the time go?
I got done with Jury Duty on Friday! In and Out within a few hours. The judge just didn’t need our group. But just a few people who were before me disappeared into the halls of justice. We wish them well.
I don’t mind doing my civic duty, but why do the cops at the door make you feel like the criminal?
Anyway, I got the handouts ready for Wednesday’s class. More about this later

School gets a break, no class for next Wenesday. This will give me time to get a project for Our Girl Scout troop. The girls will build 9 bird house, I’ve got a nature group intersted in them for park land.

We had class again last night. The major topic was drywall. After attaching a 3′ piece of sheetrock to a small wooden frame, I explained how to tape a seam. I then shocked the group by bashing a small hole with a hammer! The next lesson was about blowout patches. 9:00 came too fast last night, I guess next week we’ll finish this week lessons.

Last night’s class I feel went great. Unfortunately one person drop out; however the rest of the students seem to be really into the topics. We went over a few things from last week and discussed the material for this week. We had discussions, stories, and came away with is sense of learning something. I’m pumped that this class will be well worth the price the students invested.

I ran down to Radio Shack and Picked up one of them Magic Jack module. It took a little work with some internet tec. to set up, but I seem to be up and running. The sound is good, I can fax out well, But my fax machine isn’t working well. I had problems before, I think it maybe a problem with low black ink. I’ve been using this “Low Ink” cartridge for months now and it’s still printing (go figure). So far, the biggest draw back is; I must enter the area code to make a out going call, But hay, for 20 bucks a year I think I can learn to live with it!

Up dating, it’s been a while… MATCHCO is Still a member of the Better Business Bureau with a A+ rating.
Tonight I start teaching a course in the locale high school titled: Basic Home Improvements and Repairs.
